This is a two part bag made of 1000 denier Cordura nylon.
The upper bag is lined with ripstop nylon and several outside pockets. The upper bag is optionally expandable and is attached via Velcro® and a nylon buckle. It hinges forward out of the way for fueling. There are pockets on the outside of three sides for miscellaneous items and a handle closest to the rider. The oversized map pocket opens from the underside and has a spring clip to keep it secure. A rain cover is included.
The standard base has the same footprint as the tankbag and has built up ridges to keep the upper bag off the radio controls for models that have a radio built into the tank. The standard base attaches to the bike with a strap around the steering head and tabs that fit inside the fuel filler door. The underside is soft to prevent scuffing the paint.

There are loops on the outside if both bags for pens, flashlights or markers and velcro for attaching a Heatroller. The Panniers have an outer flat pocket with reflective strips.
All the exterior zippers are special water resistant zippers.
